iOS Alakadarnya adalah tema untuk smartphone Xiaomi yang di desain khusus menyerupai tampilan iPhone dengan iOS versi 11. Tema yang Saiful bagikan ini ada 2 versi. Versi pertama sudah mendukung 3rd app modules, sedangkan versi kedua tidak mendukung 3rd app modules. Khusus icon signal sim 2 dan icon baterai masih menggunakan icon iOS 10.
Tema ini mirip dengan tema Rose iOS 11 Theme yang telah Saiful bagikan pada postingan sebelumnya. Namun ada beberapa perbedaan, yaitu pada tampilan Lockscreen, Dashboard Homescreen, Statusbar, Background Messages, dan Icons. Kalau Saiful sendiri lebih suka menggabungkan kedua tema tersebut dengan pengaturan seperti gambar di bawah.
